How it works
You send the information. I send you my thinking.
- Tell me what you are trying to decide. You can ask up to three focused questions about one property.
- Send what you have. A floor plan, photographs, drawings or a property-listing link are usually enough.
- I review and record. I talk through what I see and, where useful, draw over your plans to test possibilities.
- You receive a private video link. Revisit it in your own time and share it with your partner or another professional.

Frequently asked questions
Before you send anything
Do I need professional floor plans?
No. An estate-agent plan, an old drawing or a reasonably clear hand-drawn sketch with a few dimensions is often enough. Photographs and a property-listing link also help.
Can you look at an idea I already have?
Yes. Send me your own sketch or describe the idea in words. I can explore what it might solve, the trade-offs it may create and the alternatives worth considering. This is independent exploratory design thinking, not a formal review of another professional’s work.
Will you design a solution?
I will respond to what you ask. Sometimes that means reviewing what already exists; sometimes it means sketching an alternative or showing what I think could be done. The result is insight and a direction to explore, not a finished design package.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
The £99 review includes one recorded response rather than an ongoing design process. If the issue needs discussion, multiple options or further development, a Home Improvement Workshop will be more useful.
